What blacklist means
A blacklist request asks OSINTNova to block searches for a specific subject identifier and hide that identifier when it appears in results returned to other users. A blacklist does not delete information from the internet, remove data from a third-party website, erase records held by Discord, Google, PayPal, Cash App, Patreon, or any other provider, or modify the public source where the information originally appeared.
Once approved, listed identifiers are blocked as search targets and hidden from newly returned results in the OSINTNova web platform and its customer-facing API, including cached results. Blacklisting applies to the approved identifiers, not automatically to every identifier associated with the same person. It cannot remove copies already downloaded or saved by users. We review each request before implementation and may reject requests that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, impossible to verify, intended to hide wrongdoing, intended to disrupt legitimate OSINT research, or directed at someone else's publicly available information without a valid privacy or safety basis.
Website owners and organizations may submit crawl opt-out requests for sites, domains, or other hosted resources they control by using the blacklist request form. We will treat verifiable crawl opt-out requests in good faith, subject to the same review standards and submission limits as other blacklist requests.
Blacklist requests may only be submitted once per week. This limit exists to prevent spam, harassment, mass-submission abuse, and attempts to overload privacy review. Duplicate, automated, misleading, or abusive submissions may be ignored or denied.
Include each identifier you want reviewed, such as an email address, username, phone number, or domain. List additional identifiers separately so they can also be considered. If an approved identifier still appears in a new result, report it to support@bosint.gg. These submission rules do not limit your rights under applicable privacy law.
